This wheel is very large with the inside diameter being 12 inches and the running surface is 5 inches wide. Please check photos attached carefully. The wheel is very silent and sturdy.
It has an acrylic platform to sit on as well as a knob that screws directly on to the cage.
The wheel is made from Acrylic and are 2 pieces glued together so it does not separate making the whole wheel as a 1 piece. The wheel is hedgehog and other small animal safe and will not get their nails stuck or anything.
