    52 numbered pages.   Document made up of matte paper covered in a heavy weight cardboard paper type, bound in left margin with staples.
    Measures 8" wide x 10 1/2" tall.
    Overall, document is in very good condition.  Pages are yellowing.  Cover has some minor chipping on left and bottom margin.  Document does n
    ot have any marking or hand writing in it.  One small stain and minor chipping on back cover.
